Bulk sizes are simply better for the budget. You are getting the same candies, but in packages that make moving, storing, using, and saving easier. Spend a lot less while still giving your guests the candy that you promise. It is something that anyone can do and it is the smart move when trying to have a candy buffet while staying on budget. It is not just about the amount that you buy, though. For a budget wedding candy buffet, you need to think strategically about the types of candy and their placement in the containers. Choose a theme before starting to buy. This will make sure that you are sticking with a specific color scheme, avoiding any colors that do not go with the rest of the design. When you have chosen your candies, put them in their containers on the table. Cheaper ones will fill up larger containers while the more expensive ones go in the smaller containers. You do not have to use high quality, expensive containers. Yes, they do exist, but it is just as easy to use cheaper ones available nearly everywhere. Cheap glass containers, improved with a bit of design work and effort at times, are perfect. They allow everyone to see the candy, they do not take away from the appeal or design, they are cheap, and they do the job. You do not have to put a lot of extra time or effort or money into making sure that your candy buffet looks good.
