As if any evidence was needed of the increasingly rude health of the Spanish residential property market, the Spanish Ministry of Development has released figures showing that 2014 saw a total of €8,609.5 million spent on the country's private housing by foreign investors. Only Italy - at 6.09% - recorded a steeper increase.
