Now-a-days the commercial cleaning companies are found nearly in every town and city in the world. The standard ways that these companies take up for marketing their services are via direct mailing, advertising, professional sales force and the phonebooks.

Finding commercial cleaning contracts in some of the small cities and towns in the world can be quite a challenging and tough job. People waste a lot of money in the process of finding out how to get cleaning contracts like the other established companies. There are several methods that you may follow to do so. But keep in mind that your mileage may vary from method to method. Herein below are some of the tips and tricks that would help you get cleaning contracts,

You may use direct mailing to attract clients for your cleaning services.

This is probably one of the best ways of finding cleaning contracts in your area. Try to build your business largely on the basis of the direct mail efforts. This direct mail would require a very good sales letter, may be of around two pages and a flyer that highlights some special and irresistible offers. Though this is a time consuming process which requires some specialized knowledge concerning what makes people respond to an offer, but if you could excel at it, contracts are sure to pour in.

Advertise your service in the newspapers, in the classified section.

The classified section is one of the most popular promotional ad presentation sections that people look forward for advertising their cleaning business. The price is much cheaper than running a display ad because you are mainly put together with a huge bunch of other advertisers.
Use the phone book to acquire some contracts.

Though the advertisements in phonebooks are no more much popular. But some people are there who still turn to the pages while looking for a vendor. In present days the internet has changed the entire picture of the advertising world. Telemarketing could also be a good option to get more cleaning contracts.
