The latest Multistatic Series 100 KV 700 Supreme – Electrostatic Powder Spray System from Mitsuba, has received US Patent No. 5678770 for its innovative technology. Its unique integrated cascade incorporates a corona Classic attachment which reduces powder wastage, penetrates through the Faraday Cage area and reduces powder coating cost by increasing transfer efficiency. Mitsuba’s Multistatic 700 powder spray equipment incorporates a “Smart Tracker” - a self-diagnosing performance monitor which indicates how efficiently individual components are working. “Smart Tracker” makes the operator smart enough to self trouble shoot at the site itself and rectify the problem instantly, without external dependency and thus maintain the highest operating efficiency in the powder coating process. The standard Multistatic 700 consists of both corona & tribo guns for excellent finish on the output, electro pneumatic control panel with smart tracker to self-diagnose the fault in the panel, 25 kg stainless steel hopper for easy flow of powder without sticking to the walls of the hopper and equipment trolley for holding the complete system & all the accessories.
