The following three overarching questions need a response: Was Paris Attack, an Attack on Western Civilization? Or, was it an Anomaly out of the Syrian Civil War? Or, Is there a second side of the coin? The attacks of 9/11 followed a brutal and criminal attack in Paris yesterday. It is nothing more than an attack on a civilization that has promoted diversity and opened its doors for others providing them opportunity for economic growth which was not available to them in their home countries. Most western civilizations have helped poor nations financially, yet the public perceptions were obliterated through conspiracy theories deliberately promoted by those who are opposed to western civilizations. In order to decipher the underlying phenomenon, the etiology has to be determined prior to taking remedial measures to avert future criminal acts. One way of doing it is to engage these elements in self-defense prior to their offensive planning on western fronts. This strategy has resulted in an enhanced homeland security in the United States, while the Taliban and Al Qaeda criminals having been restrained in their home grounds. Yes, it resulted in heavy tolls of American military in Afghanistan. I presume that my understanding as one of the experts in global leadership including conflict management and global security, the following steps could help provide safety and security to European nations in these difficult times: 1. Establish a universal definition of ISIS or ISIL. 2. Establish DNAs of the criminals through pathological tests, not Passports, as Syrian passports are on sale at a number of places across the continents. Passports are of no significance in most covert operations. 3. Establish the SOURCE or supply line of such a huge quantity of contraband weapons in committing crime? 4. How could sophisticated weapons get into Paris? 5. What are the system flaws on illegal entry of criminals into the French soil, and weapons of destruction? Measures to establish roadblocks for criminals’ entry into nations on their target list, or those fighting them in their home grounds need due diligence, as they are the frontline state in this war on terror. The criminal acts of this handful should not transgress as a clash of civilization which risks extensive and an unending war. THE ANTICIPATED CONSPIRACY THEORY READY TO GENERATE IN THE MUSLIM NATIONS: There will be attempts to indoctrinate the entire Muslim nations that the Paris episode was created by Israel through covert means to damage the image of Muslims, and they financed ISIL. Very few would know the reality that 10 Muslim nations out of 57 have recognized the state of Israel, and many of those amongst the prime Sunni states are in good terms with the Israeli government. If I name them, it will give a big surprise to many. There are no Israeli issues here; rather Jewish Muslim rapprochements are at its height these days, as an after effect of the Syrian war. This author rejects such notions. THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN: Question: Who are the financiers of this criminal activity? Answer: Those who are accomplished never risk their comfort zone to be obliterated. Question: Then who could those be? Answer: Only those who are envious, jealous or losers. Supplementary Response: The first 2 can be have-nots, but the last one relates to “losers”. Question: Who are the ‘losers’ in the current situation? Answer: Those directly involved in the Syrian Civil War, and see no sigh of hope for an immediate exit, and risk their economies to be annihilated like the former USSR, which resulted in the breakup of the Soviet empire. Question: What does that mean? Answer: Syrian regime together with its support group has no hope to win Syrian civil war. The rogue states are fully trapped in it. Question: What are the options open to them? Answer: The entire world stands united against the ISIL, whether it is Muslim nations, or western nations. Muslim scholars and regimes have declared the ISIL anti Islam unanimously. ISIL does not represent even 0.1% of Indonesia, Egypt or Pakistan, the top 3 most populous Muslim nations; rather this group of criminals has no such representation in those countries. Question: Then who are these people? Answer: A collection of disgruntled people who have no ambition in life, the psychopath. This has nothing to do with faith, but a collection of the followers of hate ideology. A good covert operation can use this psychopath to create clash of civilization with the west. Question: Why France, the United States or Britain the prime targets? Answer: The reason being very simple. The French Muslim (Sunni) population has grown exponentially. This has made it a prime target to limit this growth by those opposed to this group. The United States is experiencing Islam (Sunni) as the leading faith growing in the country, so is Canada which brings them into a target list of those opposed to this faith. Britain has a different scenario where Islam (Shia) is growing amongst the female population, which may be a blessing in disguise from rogue states’ covert operations or finances. CONCLUSION It is hard to say anything, as there are missing links and evidence. The discussion may construe an author’s bias, or presumptions devoid of credible reference. However, it is never an attempt to promote prejudice, rather an attempt to ascertain the various contributing factors in one of the worst hate ideologies faced across the continents. There is a need for a collective and cooperative global approach to deal with it. Its one of the biggest challenges faced by the humanity. These are defining moments of human history.
