We only recruit consultants that have either worked for leading national or regional firms and/ or have held senior positions in law firms. Our commercial consultant solicitors provide the following services: 1. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Our consultants advise on commercial contract structures, and they also draft standard and bespoke commercial contracts. We also negotiate commercial contracts either directly, or indirectly by providing guidance to the client. 2. We advise on commercial collaborations and joint ventures. Such collaborations can include joint research and development arrangements. It is important in joint ventures to establish each party’s role and duties, and to clarify whether any developments will either be jointly owned, or solely owned by a specific party. 3.
