H J has just released a new video about the best 1000 calorie diet plan . Her new video comes as an answer to many emails she received from her subscribers, all asking for a diet plan to help them lose weight fast. So, HJ looked at different ways to offer very fast results for these women so after a little research she decided to create a 1000 calorie diet that would not make people who followed it hungry.
