Washington DC Temple Visitor's Center Standing on 52 acres, this breathtaking LDS temple is an area full of so much history, education and beauty. The Visitor's Center has numerous exhibits, lectures and a Christus statue reproduction. Don't forget to visit around Christmastime when the temple grounds are covered in lights and have nightly concerts, complete with a live nativity scene. Learning the culture of this church and the history behind it is not all that this beautiful place offers. South Germantown Recreational Park What used to be a working dairy farm in the 1800's is now a park full of so much entertainment, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
