Take your water bottle with you and keep it filled with water. Staying hydrated helps you to have more energy and can curb hunger if your eating schedule is changed because of time difference or activities. 2- Get some rest. Try to go to bed as early as possible so that you are rested and less stressed. It is difficult have a full night's sleep in a foreign bed so you want to give yourself plenty of time to sleep. 3- Order small. To cut down on portions and save money, I would order a kids meal, or share a meal. It’s also a good idea to order a side or appetizer for your meal. 4- Choose active activities. Throw in some active time on your travels. Visit the gym, go for walks, bike rides, swim in the pool, or other activities to help you burn calories.
