How can I fix the problem when I exercise, but I can’t lose weight? You want to have results when you exercise and lose those extra pounds. Sugar is the food that fat cells love the most. Don’t even cheat. You can cheat after you reach your goals. Avoid beverages with sugar as well. *GOOD. Drink as much water as you can stand. About 80 to 100 ounces a day is enough to help you flush out toxins and curb cravings. *GREAT. Only eat small amounts of starchy foods like breads, rice, cereal, pastas, and potatoes. This will help your metabolism burn fat at blazing speeds. Choose 2 or 3 days a week to add a starchy food to your meals. Try to eat only whole grains when you do so. *AMAZING. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins like fish, chicken, and turkey. These foods are what makes the difference in burning calories and stagnation.
