Corporate Law This is a broad area of law, so corporate attorneys often specialize within the field. Most often, corporate attorneys deal with contracts and business transactions. These attorneys may specialize in things like real estate or corporate mergers. Think Harvey Specter in the television “Suits.” Portrayed by Gabriel Macht, attorney Specter practices in New York City, and offers corporate law services in Albany, NY, and in the city.
