New Research Says: A Better Way Of Heart Treatment

Health
This is finally a positive direction by treating the patient instead of an organ which means correcting problems in a different way.

Looking into many research results, exercise has always been an important factor when a lifestyle recommendation or advice was given. A review published in the British Medical Journal has confirmed this once again. This statement is coming from highly recognized Universities. According to tests just completed, it was found and confirmed that exercise is just as effective, if not more beneficial as drugs for treating heart disease. This one will for sure raise some eye brows within the medical profession of this possible change in prevention and treatment methods for one of the biggest killer disease in the world, at little or no cost.

After research results as such doctors perhaps change their way of thinking by including exercise and diet to give patients more choices and better options.

Where did the heart condition come from?

Not all but many diseases are a creation by us, by people them self; some time unknowingly, other times through irresponsible behavior over a long time or even years. Most of it comes from wrong food, and wrong or lack of activity, laziness and by taking the easy option in drug medicine. There are different factors at play when it comes to any health issue, adopting wrong habits will show later in life.

Heart conditions are closely tied to diet, restlessness, despair, depression, insomnia, rage and nervousness. Studies have repeatedly shown this as well as any emotional issue being addressed before the healing process can begin.

When symptoms of sickness come along most people reach out for drug medication of which in most cases only suppress the symptoms. There are medications, including some diabetes drugs that can lead to heart attack or stroke. The only most positive result to illness comes from yourself and the changes you are willing to make, and they must go right back and target the root of the problem.

Not that unsurprising for the ones that believe in and use exercise!

After receiving many studies by following almost 400.000 patients, researchers found that there were no huge differences between drug or exercise treatment of people with coronary heart disease or pre-diabetes. Another discovery reveals that exercise was more effective than medication for people recovering from stroke.

We also know medicine is expensive, exercise costs nothing; however, it does need some effort. Understandably, for a person treated for heart disease or recovering from a stroke it's unlikely to do intense bouts of exercise, but some short light walking within your own pace or any type of light exercise will be of great benefit. Another good form of exercise is deep breathing, a variety of breathing techniques have had good success, and as well as many other benefits it helps blood circulation.

Exercise as we know has many qualities. Did you know it can also calm anxiety? All the benefits of exercise are almost hard to describe; at the same time it's not a free pass enabling you to continue with an unhealthy diet or other poor health choices.

Surveys have shown that quality of life and happiness accurately reflects many people's heart health. A healthy heart requires a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Combination of diet and exercise!

This is the situation where one complements the other; it's like team work and you are the coach! Some points and the importance about exercise already been talked about; the missing link to this is what you are eating. The two, exercise and diet working together will have a greater, faster and a more positive effect.

First of all, if weight is an issue this must be taken care of first and done properly. Consume healthy and small meals more often. Do not skip meals and don't use toxic diet products, they are all toxic and inflammatory. These products will exaggerate any health issue including the heart. Avoid all processed sodium sources including Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), replace table salt, use unrefined sea salt. Vitamin C and folate are important for folic acid to prevent against inflammation and arterial damage.

Consume magnesium rich food which is an essential mineral required by the body for many functions, and the heart is one of them. Deficiency in magnesium can lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Foods high in magnesium are most of the dark leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seats, beans, lentils etc.

Also there is this anti-cholesterol hysteria where many people hop on to the bandwagon and take cholesterol lowering drugs. This could be the very same drug that causes heart disease and heart attacks. Our body needs cholesterol. We would die without it; this is why the body makes its own cholesterol and keeps it at the right level. The natural drop in cholesterol happens when you stop eating toxic foods, trans-fats and inflammatory substances.

Change of lifestyle and diet will take care of the rest.
