A patented technology starts with a neutral barrel and removes ¼ inch of the stave and head to get to virgin wood. Then the staves are resized and heads made to fit the size barrel you desire, in 10, 15, 20, 30 and 60 gallon sizes. These barrels are raised, cured, toasted, and thoroughly inspected.
