 Seattle, Washington - James Leis, a successful entrepreneur who has been involved in closing more than 90 real estate transactions, is blazing a trail for others looking to follow in his footsteps. The Snohomish native has created a 300-member team of real estate investors in Sacramento, where he now calls home.
