License plates are perhaps the most versatile of car parts. They can be used in sculptures, in a collage-esque art piece, or even just hung on a wall without modifications. Many modern homes use distressed pieces as decoration, and license plates fit very well into that category. -
Tires can become a large variety of different seats. You can spray paint them to match the aesthetic of your choice and upholster them very easily with whatever you choose. A stack of small tires makes a great stool. You can attach two tires together to create a chair with a back. You can even go the old fashioned route and give yourself a tire swing.
