As the curiosity becomes the better of us we go along for a check up, knowing very well there is nothing wrong. Holding out the arm in full confidence as the pressure is fully applied the doctor looks at the reading, has a second look, and comes up with this bomb shell: Your blood pressure is high, too high. At the first thought this probably scared you to death, as the head is still spinning after such a scare, at the same time while still under this cloud you were probably told to start taking medication immediately. After starting your medication the doctor would send you to a cardiologist for a second opinion. As the shock to the system and in your mind is slowly coming to terms with this the cardiologist tells you that the blood pressure is not coming down as quick as it should and you need another two or even three more drugs to do the job. From this moment on you are in their system, the ever revolving merry-go round where there is no getting off because you need the drugs to stay alive, or do you? High blood pressure may give no symptom! There are no adverse symptoms, with this illness there are no indications, signs or any alarm bells ringing, even if the blood pressure is extreme. You could experience symptoms like headache or dizziness etc. But it does not necessary mean you have a high reading. Actually, these are usually the types of symptoms that come from taking medication and as well some mineral deficiency can give similar indications. Blood pressure measurement consists of two readings: Top and bottom. Systolic blood pressure top number, the right answer is: Healthy. Diastolic blood pressure bottom number, the right answer is: Normal. High blood pressure (HBP) also known as hypertension becomes chronic if a reading goes over 140/90. A normal reading is below 120/80. HBP left unchecked can bring serious health issues such as stroke, heart disease, hardening of the arteries and kidney failure. There are many prescription medications available; besides of side effects they will not cure the cause of the problem. It is only a short-cut to make the blood flow better to relieve pressure of the pumping station, your heart. Many times patients been told by doctors: You will be on this medication for the rest of the life! So, therefore it is not a cure. Blood pressure - why do we get it? The inside workings of arteries and blood vessels are changing with age. The heart and blood vessels aren't as flexible as they once were. As we grow older we are more often exposed to stress, bad diet and pollution etc. Just stress can make your blood pressure go up; but this is only temporarily, it will come down again. Changes are necessary for things to get better. It's not the "known- known's" we have to worry about in the future; they look more promising than those of the past. It's about the "known-unknowns", all about the things we don't know because of the unknown culprits that are lurking out there destroying our health. Don't let this illness interfere with your health, there are many options available. These are just some of the right ingredients combined from Mother Nature's pharmacy to build up on each other to get your blood pressure right and normal again. The many remedies we should use but don't! Human studies have confirmed over years remarkable results of curing many diseases and not just removing the symptoms. Studies have clear evidence many times over that the highest percentage of illness comes from the food we eat; that makes our first port of call: The diet we are on! There is nothing wrong with the blood flowing through our vines; it is the plumbing network of pipes in our body that needs attention. Removing blockage and plug from the vines and arteries, there has been no other medication as successful as nature's remedies to make this happen with such positive results. According to latest studies green coffee beans have the strongest ingredients to do the job. There are other pluses about green coffee; if there is any concern about caffeine, don't be. It has less caffeine than de-caffeinated coffee. These green beans contain a nutrient that has the essential compound that your blood vessels need to open them up for good normal blood flow to the heart. Beetroot or pure concentrate beetroot juice is an excellent remedy and has similar functions as green coffee. Plus a host of many others such as pomegranate, carrots, cinnamon, black chocolate (not less than 70% of coco). These are just some as a starter. This is such a common-sense approach to health.
