Planning an event for which you need catering in Atlanta can be a bit stressful. For some reason, it can be really difficult to figure out the best options for what to feed people. Here are some questions to ask your catering company before you hire them so you know exactly what to expect and you can quit worrying about the food aspect of the planning process. What Kind of Ingredients These days everyone has some kind of diet restriction, so it is probably a good idea to have some basic questions about the ingredients nailed down. Do they have options for clean eating, gluten free, or vegetarian? You actually need to be the one to decide if you want to deal with all of these diet restrictions, since it can be difficult to make everyone happy, but it is a good idea to know what your options are and what they will cost you. What Do They Need? Some catering companies will have absolutely everything you would need to put on an event. They have the tablecloths, food warmers, plates and silverware, etc. However, this is not a given. You should always ask what the caterer has and what they need. Even if all they need is a hookup to a power source, this is a vital thing to know. Get an Estimate You should know what you are paying for, and it is okay for you to request a broken down cost estimate from your company for catering in Atlanta. You should know if you are paying for all the food or only the food that is eaten by the guests. If you are paying for all the food made, then it wouldn't hurt to ask if you are able to take the leftovers home as well. Expect to be paying for the ingredients, time, and labor, among other things.
