Only passing by the two houses that bill won’t become law but it can be when it’ll get approval by the President. This is called the main and primary power of President of the country. If the President is not satisfied with the reforms of such law, he has power to return that to Congress for more reforms. This special power called “Veto” which reflects that the law doesn’t pass. This is one of the incredible power for the president if such country that, he has only official power to say now to any bill if he is not satisfied with it. In reality, President is involve from the induction of the bill to its process by keeping close relation with the congress but he has official power to say “no” is he got ant issues in it.
