Helen Jones rehashed her restriction to arrangements to 'de-prime' Winwick Path with Wigan inhabitants from the Path Head Occupants Amass requiring the boycott.
They went to a meeting in Leigh, which included delegates from Croft and Culcheth area boards, Warrington Ward Gathering and Wigan chamber.
Mrs Jones stated: "This thought was initially proposed over a year prior and is clearly still under thought.
"The circumstance has not changed in that time. Prohibiting HGVs from Winwick Path is probably going to mean lorries would in any case leave the M6 at Intersection 22 however occupy through Croft town to get to the East Lancs.
