You can choose from cotton socks and when it comes to the trouser socks most of them are made of nylon or even silk. Rayon and acrylic are also sometimes the materials that the socks will come in. Socks do come in so many different materials that you need to decide what sort of material you like the best. When you are choosing your knee high socks you just need to think about the colors that you want to wear and the when you will wear them. Since they aren't usually the sock of choice it is going to be up to you find knee high socks that you feel comfortable in when the situation calls for you to wear running socks.
