Who was the worst customer or client you’ve come across? I’ll share my experience. It was back in my days working at Burger King. It was a Friday night, early evening, and the place was slowing down. I was in the kitchen cleaning the place up. I looked at the front desk and saw someone ordering food. I stopped what I was doing, put on some gloves, ready to prepare the food. *Beep* The order appeared on the screen. “75 whopper jr” Oh man… The Assistant Manager saw the order too and ran to the kitchen to help me out. Five minutes and 10 whopper jrs in, the customer was frustrated and started complaining that we weren’t making the food fast enough. I have no idea what happened between her and the cashier, but she ended up spitting on my co-worker’s face. Talk about maximum disrespect. But I also have to give props to my co-worker for staying level-headed and not lashing out. But things like this happen. If you’re a business owner, you’re going to meet these kinds of customers once in a while. They may not be as irrational as she was, but they’ll at least cause you some frustration and headaches. And when you do, make sure you get rid of them quickly if you value your sanity. About the author: Hi, I'm Ellisen and I'm a copywriter.
