The New Youtube Marketing Course

First let me explain how Affiliate programs work. Say you have a business, either physical brick and mortar or an online presence and you want to expand. The best thing for you to do to basically explode your sales is to offer an Affiliate program. The reasons for this are really very simple, it creates an awesome opportunity to give ordinary people a chance to make some extra revenue. What does that mean for your business? It means you don't have to find customers to buy whatever you're trying to sell, your affiliates do all that for you when you offer them some of the profits. Kinda like profit sharing in a way, but you offer it to them in the form of a commision and they get you new customers.

Now if you're the affiliate, the way it works if, the business gives you a unique affiliate id, and that id is replicated into the businesses site name. You might get a link that looks long and confusing but it's not anything to be concerned about. If you understand how to copy and paste it's as easy as eating a piece of cake, and that's pretty much cake. Now, once you receive your long link, now you have a ton of options on where to advertise. I personally recommend only using Youtube and blogging/article marketing. The reason for this is because if you get caught up in many traffic exchanges or safelists you will become very frustrated, quickly. Safelist advertising just may work for some people but they mostly prey on peoples desperation for getting tons of useless traffic. Any site that says something like " join as a free member" You join as a free member and then you're bombarded with "upgrade now to get even more traffic, or to make even more money, or whatever." Thing is, if those places had any confidence in how well their traffic program worked or their safelist, why would you need to upgrade?

There are also affiliate programs I don't care much for either. The ones that use huge letters, different colored lettering, shiny pictures, pictures of their wealth which anyone can post to show off a rich lifestyle. They also have pages that go on something like " Buy this right now because if you don't you will never see this page at this discounted price ever again" I steer very clear of affiliate programs that will tell you this, it's all hype, nothing concrete.

With Youtube you may see tons of videos about various things, some funny things, some serious, but they're videos. They speak a thousand words, and that's how you get people to believe what you have is genuine. I see videos about all kinds of really dumb things, the problem with them is people who respond by believing many of what they see is true. That's day 1, then gradually each day do a little more, you will see results in just a couple weeks time.
