One of the biggest and most prestigious events of its kind the Australasian Quilt Convention and Expo to be held from the 12th to the 15th of April at the historic Melbourne Royal Exhibition Building, brings together quilters from around the country and overseas, retailers of quilting products, quilting instructors, visitors and even museum curators and gallery owners at Australia’s annual event dedicated entirely to quilting. Several awards will be presented in recognition of the many excellent art works and to recognize and encourage quilting artists.
