Eggs are a fantastic source of protein and nutrition. They have the highest biological value (ratio of nutrition to calories) of any food product except for milk, with 75 calories, 7 grams of high-quality protein, and being high in vitamins and minerals. Just as with any food, consume eggs in moderation, and avoid adding a lot of fat with cheese or butter.
