Take two beef franks with a cup of cabbage or broccoli and ½ cup of carrots for dinner. You can end your meal with half of a banana and half a cup of regular vanilla ice cream for dessert.
On the final day, you can have an apple, an ounce of cheddar cheese, five regular saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea with a packet or two of sugar substitute. Your lunch would be an egg (boiled) and a slice of toast washed down with either black coffee or tea. And to cap off your 3 Day Diet program, you can have 1 cup of tuna along with a cup each of carrots and cauliflower. You can have half a cup of melon with half a cup of regular vanilla ice cream for dessert.
