CityHook(@CityHook) a new free mobile application has been launched to help American travelers to Europe find the best transport connection between the airport and close to downtown. CityHook currently covers over 130 different European airports, including Amsterdam Schiphol, Berlin-Schönefeld, London Heathrow, Madrid Barajas Airport, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Rome Ciampino. CityHook is now available as a free download on iPhone and Android smartphones. In addition CityHook(www.cityhook.com) is also available online in several languages ??including French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Hungarian, Catalan, Russian and English. From the point of view of a passenger, finding the best connection between the airport and the nearby town usually involves understanding three key factors, travel time, cost and location descent, from all travel options available. However, it is generally difficult for passengers to find complete and independent sources of information for all modes of transportation available from the airport. CityHook solves this problem by providing timely information about transportation options from the airport and present it in an easy to read format. This makes it easier for passengers to choose the travel option that best suits their needs. CityHook, which is located in NovaUCD, the Centre for new businesses and entrepreneurs at University College Dublin(UCD), Ireland, is the brainchild of Kevin OShaughnessy Irish and Italian Tommaso Solesin who met while completing their masters degrees at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Speaking of the origins of CityHook, Kevin OShaughnessy, co-founder said: "My co-founder Tommaso Solesin and I love to travel and we realized that whenever we landed a new airport, we were instantly at a loss as to what was the best option to get to the city center.
