Though the “healthy body and healthy mind” is the basic slogan of the health concerned world in 21th century, now-a-days general anxiety disorder is a primary phenomenon term in psychology that many men are suffering whereas following the UN report, in Bangladesh approximately about 20% of the total population is suffering from many kinds of mental retardation without having any treatment forever and the general anxiety disorder is the most common form of these mental illnesses. A man with general anxiety disorder always suffers from various kinds of anxieties and behind this there work several reasons including his family problems, personal and impersonal confliction, religious contradiction, cultural and ethnic violence, financial problems and business clash, intolerable sound which exceeds 81 decibel, inhuman activities, event excitement, unexpected fears of certainty and uncertainty, decision making confusion and the present or coming future pressure of something etc. Most of the cases these are assumed to be the vital causes behind accelerating anxiety but on the other hand, during pregnancy this takes as the special form for every woman as well as harms the coming generation. Sometimes anxiety disorder can be caused of congenital problems. A significant amount of people having anxiety disorder suffers from racing heartbeat, high blood pressure, paralysis, fatigue, sleeplessness, lose-appetizing, irritation, malnutrition, dehydration and digestion problem etc. According to medical statement the racing heartbeat and dehydration are the most common symptom of anxiety. After all, a man having these types of diseases may lose his insulin growth and be affected by several diseases, especially from diabetes. At last, after considering the above discussion anyone will agree, about the generalized anxiety disorder as the source tunnel of all problems, with me. But the desirable greatest news is there are cures and beneficiary psycho therapy for this disorder.
