1. Artificial vitamin C can replace fresh fruits. There is an advantage of natural vitamin C in fresh fruits that can not be ignored, namely, the combination of vitamin C and vitamin P. In human tissues, vitamin P can assist vitamin C in playing a role. While the synthetic vitamin C is pure pharmaceutical preparation, whose effect is far from natural vitamin C. In addition, the long-term intake of vitamin C pills is likely to generate a large amount of oxalic acid in the body, which will lay the material basis of kidney stones. However, natural vitamin C in fruits and vegetables will not lead to too high oxalate content in the urine.

2. Obese people should be cautious of eating too much fruits. Keep an eye on those diseases induced by only eating fruits, such as high glucose or lipid disorders. If you eat too much sugary foods without taking enough exercise, your chance of hyperglycemia or hyperlipidemia will increase greatly. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the intake for the patients with obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver, and those girls going on a fruit diet, and pregnant women.

3. Eating fresh fruits more, other than drinking fruit juice. It is delicious and convenient to drink fresh fruit juice, yet, it is the best for you to eat fresh fruit directly. Because drinking juice will reduce the uptake of massive cellulose in fruits. While these cellulose is conducive to reducing the chance of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, effectively stimulating the gastrointestinal peristalsis, and promoting defecation.

4. Buy peeled or cut fruits as less as possible. Fruits are the main source of vitamin C. However, natural vitamin C is easily oxidized when it is exposed to air, high temperature and sunshine. Its nutritional value will reduce greatly to buy peeled or cut fruits in the supermarket. Poor processing of fruits is vulnerable to bacterial contamination. Because the surface of fruit is susceptible to the pollution of chemicals, animal excrement or bacteria like Salmonella. In addition, it is easy to breed bacteria when cut fruit has been stored at room temperature for too long.

Sound mind is in sound body. Healthy weight loss won't take a toll on our body. It refers to a balanced diet and proper exercise. We need to be brave to face difficulties during this journey.
