Signs of the Apostasy Today The evidence today is seen in the pattern of its history. God has given signs to mark the falling away (apostasy). It began when God made known His plan to Adam. First in the Garden of Eden when the Devil was concealed in the serpent to undermine the words of God in the steward (Adam). Today the antichrist spirit is concealed in the voices of hypocrisy to undermine the plan of God in the restoration of His House through the stewardship. Also the Beast (known to be the Antichrist man) is a live living but behind the scenes negotiating. Presently he is just another religious Jew of Judah but the Spirit will manifest him to the church in due time (rising out of the sea) but not in power as the Beast we read about in Revelation 13. Prosperous Ministries and Large Institutions of Theology The apostasy is unfolding today as the day of the visitation of the Lord is here separating the Wheat from the Tares (which the wicked one sowed in the church over the last 2000 years and imitating the House of God by constructing the system and House of Baal (Whore)) The bundling processes is seen how God first set forth the spoilers of the faith raising up the unrighteous stewards of theology to draw away those of faithless aspirations. For God prospered them and put them in positions of admiration in the eyes of the carnal minded believers. Psalms 73:3 “For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.” Matthew 13: 39-41 “The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;” The Ungodly will Despise the Stone God is setting a standard Stone in the sanctified stewardship through His apostles which is a stone of stumbling (man) and rock of offence (method) for those who will not hear the voice of His grace. The words of the steward will offend the established old theology. Jesus told His apostles that they will hate (avoid and challenge) your stewardship. If they have do this to Me they will do this again to those I send to represent Me. Isaiah 8:14 “And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.” All those which will refuse the refuge of His steward will fall away to the spoilers to be bundled with the hypocrites to be burned. We see this refuge in the examples of Noah, Abraham, Lot, Moses and David. Those of faith joined the steward which God anointed and prepared to be their refuge from the spoilers. Those that refuse the refuge in the steward accept the same condemnation as the devil falling away from God and cast out of heaven. All these people believed in the existence of God and even heard and seen Him, but they despised His steward. Hebrews 10:28 “He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:” The oversight of faith was offensive to their freedom of intellectual pursuits. We see the examples of this in Balaam, Balak, Korah, Cain, Esau, and the fallen angels. Jude 1:11 “Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.” Paul uses these examples to teach the saints because they were relevant for its application then as it is today in these end times. 1Corinthians 10:6 “Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.” They lusted after ‘evil things’ which they learned from the writings and lifestyle of the Egyptians (world of darkness). Those that embraced the perspective of man will resist the mind God given by the Spirit through His stewardship. The knowledge of this world is called evil because it is not qualified nor sanctified for faith. It removes faith from the covenant and promises peace and security in carnal things and is honoured by man which is called an idol. 1 Corinthians 10:11 “Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.” Because iniquity will abound through the increase of knowledge which voices are heard in technology, science, and psychology, the hearts of faith will be paralyzed standing in doubt of God’s existence, His involvement and His plan. They will grow cold towards Him but still desire a moral center to guild their passions. Hebrews 4:11“Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.” So the falling away is here now, and God is challenging the hearts. Paul saw the division of many believers in his time. Those that believed began to stand in doubt of the present leadership in the need for apostles. If this happened in the green tree, this will happen again in the dry tree (season of drought of the truth) and greater. 1 Corinthians 4:5 “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. Only those (Wheat) which hear His voice of grace will embrace the stewardship in the new season of change. The time for this judgment is here and the hearts are being tested.
