Find the Best Cars for Teens at tradecarview

Automotive,Business
tradecarview, Japan’s largest exporter of quality used cars.

Things to look for when choosing a vehicle that will be driven by a teen are advanced safety features such as curtain airbags and electronic stability control, or ESC. ESC is a device that has proven to keep cars from sliding, therefore preventing crashes. It is also significant that the vehicle has high scores in crash tests. Bigger and heavier vehicles generally perform better than small cars in crash tests, but oversized vehicles may be difficult to handle for young drivers. In addition, these big cars tend to guzzle up gas and your teen may end up asking you for more gas money.

It is best to avoid buying large pickups, vans, and SUVs for your teen. The vehicles’ high centers of gravity make them prone to rollovers. Also, some studies point to the reason of increased crash risk among young drivers: more passengers such as a noisy group of friends, which can prove distracting when the young drivers need to focus on the road. Buying sports cars is also a no-no, as their innate potential to be driven fast is a temptation too difficult to resist among young, adventurous drivers.

The website Consumer Reports has come up with a list of teen-appropriate vehicles, and most of the vehicles are available online at tradecarview. The list has been based on their own driving test results, and crash test results conducted by the government and the insurance industry. The vehicles have also been noted to be of good or average reliability. Cars that could go from 0-60mph in under 8 seconds and over 11 seconds are not considered to be on the list. You can say that the list has already been pre-screened, to cross out those with unimpressive emergency-handling scores.

Some of the cars on the list, like the Toyota Corolla, have already gained recognition as Top Safety Picks by the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety. The cars with electronic stability control have of course been included in the list. Look out for these cars in tradecarview’s listings: Hyundai Elantra SE, 2010 Kia Forte, Kia Soul, 2010 or newer Nissan Sentra, 2010 or newer Toyota Camry, and 2007-2010 Volkswagen Jetta. These are just some of the best vehicles you can buy for your teen for less from Japan’s largest used-car marketplace.

Teens may usually have their own ideas of the car they want; it is up to you as a parent to make them understand that safety is your top concern. Decision-making usually involves compromises on features, budget, and the appearance of the car. Good thing that those on the list are not only safe but also have great styling, and buying one pre-owned is a good move as well because it teaches your teen to be practical, yet careful. Get your teen a car from tradecarview and save money while still being reassured of your teen’s safety. ">You can find the best cars suitable for a young driver like your teen from online marketplaces and dealerships. Teens don’t usually have a lot of driving experience or money for repairs, so it is of utmost importance that he or she is able to drive something that is safe and very reliable. There is a huge selection of pre-owned vehicles at tradecarview, Japan’s largest exporter of quality used cars.
