Before anyone gets upset, let me be clear. Curves are AMAZING!! They are sexy and guys adore them. I like them too. But after a pair of kids and almost a decade after achieving certified “couch-potato” status, my once sizzling curves had begun to roll in all directions, making me feel like a cauliflower Patch child than the sexy lady I was destined to be. I am glad to say that I got that under control real fast with a reasonable regime of workout and a better diet. I didn't go mad on the diet end. I like to eat.
