Another important capacity you must show is negotiation, which is highly related with your knowledge of the field of expertise and with your social skills to handle personal relationships. Interviews The interviews can be conducted by only one assessor, in a one-to-one interview, or by a group of assessors in what is known as a panel interview. Role-Play Exercises As a more interactive in-tray test, the role-play assessment test place you in a hypothetical scenario with another individuals that can be former specialized employees or well trained actors that will play a certain character. The point of this exercise is to see not only how you solve problems and deal with issues, but mainly to see how you interact with other persons and your behaviour when you react to conflict.
