Intelsat and PCCW Global have agreed to interconnect their MPLSnetworks. Intelsat and PCCW Global will be able to offer networkingsolutions and access to the world's premier video neighborhoods tocustomers in Asia and other regions of the world leveragingIntelsat's fleet of more than 50 satellites and its teleports inNorth America and Europe. With interconnects in London, New York and Los Angeles, theagreement will also enable Intelsat's customers to expand into newregions via PCCW Global's extensive and robust network. This is the first-ever interconnect between IntelsatONE and apartner network that supports both media and network services,meeting the growing demand from customers for converged deliverysolutions in new locations around the globe.
Intelsat can now extend the reach of IntelsatONE to key locationsin multiple Asian cities on PCCW Global's network, includingJakarta, Seoul, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, and major European citiesincluding Amsterdam, Moscow and Stockholm. Customers in these locations can take advantage of the expandingservice capabilities and global network solutions offered byIntelsat's robust ground and space infrastructure. The fiber agreement also facilitates access to the Stanley EarthStation teleport in Hong Kong, which offers connectivity to most ofIntelsat's primary satellites in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Oceanregions via PCCW Global. Richard Brolly, president of Americas of PCCW Global Inc., said,"This mutually beneficial agreement gives PCCW Global the abilityto support global satellite networking solutions for our customersmore effectively.

In addition, our customers can develop their own point-to-point andpoint-to-multipoint private network solutions between nodes on thePCCW Global and IntelsatONE networks for contributionapplications.".
