Former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln once said: "Everybody likes to be praised." However, no one will inevitably be all the criticism, whether correct or not, criticism is always with negative and denigration, it sounds not much comfortable than being praised. If you cannot correctly deal with criticism, we can easily produce reverse psychology, to form negative emotions. When the face of criticism, we might as well make trial of the following five ways. 1. Seriously listen to criticism. We cannot refuse to take medicine because of bitter medicine or no effect. It is also so when the face of criticism. You should fully understand the meaning of others before making a response, rather than negate all criticism. Ask yourself a few questions: What can I learn from this criticism? Although I don't like to hear that, whether can I make progress? 2. Do not reply immediately. When being criticized, we can be easily angry. If you do not want to make it worse, you do not immediately refute. Make deep breaths several times, say something when you feel calm again. Also believe that criticism is for the things you did, not you personally. 3. Be the criticism as a learning opportunity. Regardless of whether the criticism is objective, feedback is given by others, so take criticism as a good opportunity to learn, and strive to have some progress after each criticism. May wish to ask each other a few open-ended questions with a positive attitude, such as what things I did you are not satisfied, how can I improve, etc., can be harvested. 4. Laugh it off for vent-type criticism. American scientist Benjamin Franklin once said: "Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain." Someone is when encounter troubles will criticize someone else to release their negative emotions. This time you should be transpositonal consideration, and try to understand them and then let them give some advice. If they do not suggest, only opinions, that it is likely to be in the vent. At this time might as well laugh it off, let the unhappy thing be in the past. 5. Keep the psychological balance. Always maintain mental balance can help you deal with criticism from at any time. First, let the mood to relax, because of excessive pressure will make you very sensitive to negative information, may also occur overreaction. Second, we must maintain the good habits that will make your mind more mature. Finally keep self confidence can be able to prevent falling into the cycle of self-denial because of criticism.
