Cheese and lots of Cheese, yes that is the way each one of us like to be pampered if we are having Italian or continental cuisine.

One can pick your choice from the wonderful Mozarella Cheeses, New York Cheeses, Smoked Cheeses, Cheddar Cheeses or just Swiss cheese. The other choices of cheese could be probably a burrata or a melty American cheese as well.

What a delightful treat it would be to devour into the wonderfully made cheese like that from Kraft Singles or Blue Box Easy Mac. The cheese is made from a scientific process which would lend cheese the best of flavours and texture.

The cheese is grouped on basis of

• Age
• Country or Region of origin
• Fat content
• Animal milk content
• Texture
• Method of making
• Moisture content
• Ripening methods

Cheese should be such that it should melt on your burgers, pizzas and thus lend a wonderful flavour to the already sumptuous dish. There is “blue cheese” well known across the globe and has 38 different varieties.

The most important aspects would be

a) Origin of the cheese – This is the country where the cheese was actually developed. The name is at times protected due to the fact that it is less produced or has controlled methods of production.
b) The type of milk used – Cheese is made out of milk thus milk forms integral part of cheese formation and its flavour. Cow milk gives you cheese which is mild with a creamy and a sweet flavour. The Cheese curds are also formed from this. The different animal milk used is goat, sheep, ewe, buffalo and cow, all lending a different flavour to the cheese.
c) Aging – the milk after being treated kept over a period of time in an environment controlled by temperature also gives distinct taste, density and converting it from a grainy to a smooth and intense flavour
