The word “Cancun” by itself brings up many images of good living – beaches, sunshine, relaxation, modern lifestyle. It's become so famous in the U.S. that the word “Cancun” has almost become synonymous with “spring break” or even “beachfront vacation.” (Don't worry, though, the spring breakers only come around for a week or two once a year, and they tend to stick to certain locations. A Home Base in Paradise Even if you get a good deal on time share or hotel package specials, if you're coming back to Cancun every year, it's nice to have a home base where you feel, well… at home. You can keep your stuff there (locked up if you're renting out, but still right at hand to use), you can decorate as you please, and it's just so much nicer to come to your own home in paradise than go away from home to paradise. Easy Access from One Home to Another Cancun's international airport is the second busiest in Mexico and one of the best connected in Latin America. Direct, affordable flights are very easily found to all major locations throughout North America. If you have two homes, having Cancun's airport next to one of them sure makes it easier to get back and forth. So, are there great points to visiting Cancun? There sure are. But there are even better points to owning your own condo here.
