And like many other outsourcing processes, Recruitment Process Outsourcing has its share of myths and fallacies. And due to these myths many business are often hesitant to take upon Recruitment Process Outsourcing services. Here we are going to bust some of the myths surrounding RPO that are dominant among many businesses: 1st Myth: There is going to be loss of command with RPO Services When you opt for RPO services, you will be outsourcing your total recruitment process to your Business Process Outsourcing partner, but it does not mean that you will lose control. In contrast, Recruitment Process Outsourcing services will provide you more visibility and control through clearly outlined processes, predefined metrics and reporting.
