Prepare Chocolate Ganache filling by bring to boil ¾ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and one tablespoon butter till sugar is dissolved. In another bowl place 1 ½ cups semi sweetened chocolate chips and pour the hot cream mixture over it allow it to stand for 5 minutes and then stir till smooth. It will thicken on cooling. Spread this filling over the cake layer by layer and lastly cover it with the chocolate frosting and decorate. There are quite a few triple chocolate cakes recipes available.
