An fields more to do with technology and production of engineering components present in the United Arab Emirates operates supplying manufactured components to various companies across different industries. Operating machinery across lathes and CNC machines to manufacture parts ranging from a tiny nut and bolts to the largest of parts by means of the machines. The Automotive enterprises employs machinery for fabrication precision defined and minute tolerance parts for the use in a car. For example the recently opened plant of an Indian Truck and buses giant at Ras Al Kaimah implements these technologies of machinery to be used in each of the trucks and buses that are produced for the United Arab Emirates market. The plant with a capacity of delivering 20,000 finished units of buses and trucks every year makes it one bright and working example of machinery and its parts put to use. The Motorsport markets also requires specifically designed precision defined parts machined out of a single plate of a certain metal through CNC drilling machines and other lathes in order to get the combination for the planned design perfect. And in such an commerces where even the minutest of mistakes or the slightest of glitches in tolerances can cost a lot in terms of money, material, time and valuable races. The technology put to use is clearly evident from the high speed formula one cars zooming past the spectators at the Yas Marina Circuit at Abu-Dhabi in the month of November each year. Arabplast, a trade exhibition that takes place in the Middle East was conducted in Dubai in the month of January this year. The exhibition which is primarily a show for rubber, plastics and plastic processing turned the tables this year towards machinery and machinery products. The estimated sales of machinery in the days of the exhibition was recorder to be about Dhs1.5 billion with buyers from India, Africa and other countries. With over forty percent of the gross area devoted to machinery and its products companies from different parts of the world displayed their machinery products and were trying to sell their machinery products to pan Arab countries. The show covered a wide spectrum of plastic machinery, rubber processing technology, pre and post processing systems, plastic packaging technology, Injection moulding, blow moulding, wrapping technologies, extrusions and semi-finished goods. A diversified International conglomerate that had recently procured a take-over deal worth $400 million of a Sharjah based designing facility is set to boost its turn over from $400 million to one billion dollars in five years. The company’s chief said to sources that the pilot production of pumps were the first plan of action continuing on to other parts of the making trades using creative machinery parts in UAE.
