Slit each piece in half leaving on edge intact for filling. Crush boondi with your hands and set it aside. To prepare the batter, mix gram flour, ginger-garlic past, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in the bowl. Add sufficient water to make it smooth consistency. Stuff garlic chutney into the slit of each cottage cheese piece.
