This will allow you to see if there is anything amiss that could be the result of an identity theft. This tip may not help you prevent identity theft, but it will help you catch it early should it occur. Tip #5 Stay vigilant. The hardest part of fighting identity theft is it never stops. Your identity is always at risk. The better you are at protecting it, the less likely you are to be a victim. The day you stop worrying is the day that the thieves are waiting for. Do not give them the opportunity they are looking for by always staying vigilant.
