The next season, you are behind in second in the league standings,rise in rank in the Cup 1/4 final.Perhaps we question the most of problem is that you will class at the news conferrence. Why is you have to answer their questions, which is entirely reasonable. I personally think it is incredible. I know this club has a president, board members,CEO and athletic director there. So where is their voice? Today the Premier League has billons of revenue, which attract worldwide media cover and the interest of the worldwide global fans. In the wold of the football, the thinking of taking the club’s success and failures imposed on a person is already outdated. President, CEO and athletic director have the responsibility of helping the coach and sharing the pressures, so that the coach could focus on what he needs to most concerned about, his coaching staff, players, tactics, training and preparing for match. A modern club should allow everyone to contribute,obsessed with a goal, but not everyone is busy with personal matters and disappeared in game losing streak. It looks like many officials’s practice. We do not need to think hard that we can find a completely different culture in the Champions League Club. If the Milan has some time of underachievement, Adriano Gallani club’s vice-chairman will soon take the lead stand up and defend the coach.
