Consume more vegetables - The higher water and fiber content in most vegetables make overeating when having them less likely. They also satiate quickly and keep you full longer but aren't as calorie-dense. Take in vegetables raw or steamed, not fried or breaded. Do high intensity interval training - Also known as HIIT, this kind of workout alternates between rigorous bursts of activity and intervals of less-intense activity.
