People who are involved in computer jobs, needs to sit in front of the computer or a prolonged period. Sitting in a same posture regularly creates pressure over the backbone and thus it leads to back pain. This pain sometimes turns into so severe condition that it starts affecting the shoulder area as well. Similar problem appears for people who need to stand for long periods because of their work and also the workers of the factories who need to carry heavy weight. Hence, this pain keeps them in unstable condition throughout the day. However, this pain can be reduced if proper precautions are taken on it. These precautions are not related to any medical treatment, rather it refers to few physical exercise an individual can follow. There is a fitness video Canada showing the fitness exercises that an individual can follow to reduce his back pain. Though it might not guarantee in providing permanent solution but at least can reduce the severeness of the pain.

There are various fitness exercises which you can perform at your home or outside as well. Doing these exercises regularly will make your back muscles strong.

Shoulder exercise – You can continue doing this exercise at your home as well as at your office while working during short breaks. Stretch one arm over your body and pull it with your other arm closer to your body. Repeat this process for at least 5 times for both the arms. Doing this exercise regularly will help in loosening up your shoulder muscles and also of your upper back. For reference, look into the workout videos online to get a visual demonstration of the process.

Standing raise exercise – This exercise is primarily for abdominal area to strengthen the back muscle. In doing so, use lightweights in a standing position. Hold the lightweights parallel to the ground and pull it towards your side. Repeat this procedure for at least few times. Make sure while doing this exercise, you should keep your back straight. Otherwise, while pulling the weight you might strain your back muscles. Hence, be careful while doing it.

Lower body toner – You can perform this exercise both in indoor as well as outdoor. In order to do this exercise, lie down on the ground and then lift your legs upward. While doing so, try to push your spine towards the floor. Now, slowly straighten up your legs and hold it in that position for at least 5 seconds. Once it is done, lower down your leg to rest for a few seconds. Continue this similar process with your other leg as well.

Chest stretch – This exercise is for upper portion of your body. Stand with your feet together and shoulder width apart. Lift both your arms to your side and keep them parallel to the ground. Pull your arms backward and try to push your shoulder blades together. Repeat this process for few times to stretch your chest.

Groin stretch – Sit down on the ground with your back up straight. Pull your feet towards your body to make your soles touch your body. On the other hand, relax your knee on both the sides and continue pulling your feet towards yourself. Now, put your hands on your ankles and try to push your legs back towards the ground. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then relax yourself. Repeat this process for at least 3 times. Doing this exercise regularly will definitely start showing positive result over your back pain.
