Driven by improved backlog levels entering the fourth quarter of 2013 when compared with the prior-year period, fourth quarter 2013 net sales are expected to show significant improvement over net sales of $2.4 million in the prior-year period. Robust reorder activity from major retailers ahead of the 2014 holiday shopping season is the driver of the improved revenue expectations.
