Each of the immigrants is supposed to undergo the point’s test and make a statement on his or her competence. First and foremost, the HR professional need to show a formal Degree or Diploma on Education. But this doesn’t get them the invitation. Skillselect would prepare a merit list for all the applicants and only the top-scorers are asked to live and work in Australia. It is therefore recommended that the immigrants should have a good knowledge on other avenues as well. CIC makes a mention of Employer Nominated Scheme and Provincial Nomination to suit the purpose of the Human Resource Professionals in Australia. A prior offer on employment can be used by the immigrants to make an early entry into the country. Similarly, the nomination by the provincial authorities can be of a good use to get an occupation. Here, the professionals are supposed to work for the nominated state for a designated period of time. It is appreciated that the immigrant has already got himself registered at a recognized HR association. Also, a valid license to render professional service would make him more professional in the approach. A good advice would come into the form of a prior assessment of profile. Authorities such as VETASSESS would study the merits of each application and make a recommendation for each. The assessment report is considered very effective on getting more points on Skillselect. The professionals need to show a formal Degree or Diploma on Education or an experience of 5 years to substantiate the skills.
