Los Roques, Venezuala Boasting one of the most well preserved reefs in the world, Los Roques attracts snorkelers and divers in its clear waters. Made up of many islets and cays, most of the islands make up the Los Roques National Park which means that the natural beauty of the islands and of the waters surrounding them is beyond comparison. Many water sports can be enjoyed off the islands including sailing and parasailing. The next time a traveler needs some time away by themselves, one of these islands would serve as the perfect refuge to soak in the slow moving island life that the Caribbean is famous for.
