The Annual St. Louis International Dance Festival The Annual St. Louis International Dance Festival will start in June and will welcome some of the best dancers in the world. The location is the River City Casino and Hotel on River City Casino Blvd. and no matter what dancing style you like, you’ll definitely love the performances. This festival was first named Noches Latina Jam Festival, so most of the dances are Latin (Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Tango), but you can also watch dancers performing more modern dances, such as hip-hop. St. Louis Tap Festival This year, the St. Louis Tap Festival celebrates its 23rd edition and we can definitely expect more editions to come. Just like the name suggests, this event is all about tap dance. It lasts for a whole week, but, unlike the other two festivals mentioned here, it also includes workshops, classes and discussions. FeTNA Festival of Folk dances & Culture Last, but not least, there is the FeTNA Festival of Folk dances & Culture, which takes place in July at the Chaifetz Arena. This festival is not your traditional choice, because it features performances from international dance groups, such as the ones in South India.
