This is a place with great beauty, with deep inlets carved into mountainous areas that go straight up from the water. There are a variety of ways to explore this place by ship, but perhaps one method you might think about is a smaller craft that can get into a few of the more remote places. Also, pick one which includes the town of Trondheim. That was Norway's first capital, and presently the third largest city of Norway. It has historic Viking roots, which provides an overall look right into the past of this area, but in addition is a modern city. It offers great culture along with brilliant views. The majority of the people within this portion of Europe will be in the intriguing urban centers. Oslo, the first capital of Scandinavia, isn't too distant from the other capitals in Scandinavia.
