Pulp Fiction This non-linear Tarantino classic features two noteworthy eateries. The first, and most obvious, is the diner in which the story begins and ends. Comparable to any average American diner, the setting fades from view as a high-tension robbery unfolds. The second eatery is far more memorable-Jack Rabbit Slim's. The 1950s-themed restaurant features car-shaped booths, a dance floor, and a costumed staff. Princess & The Frog At the very end of this animated Disney film, Tatiana is finally able to open her dream restaurant. As with most animated films, the end result is an exact echo of the characters fantasy. With the mesmerizing lights, decor, and music alone, this place looks entirely magical. Of course, on top of the whole ambience is the authentic Cajun food and Tatiana's famous gumbo (we assume). Toy Story Okay, so Pizza Planet is basically Chuck E Cheese in space, but every kid that's seen Toy Story can tell you they've dreamt of Pizza Planet. From space-themed arcade games ("The Claw") to greasy, sub-par pizza, this place just seems like an afternoon of fun. We should all run out and convert our bills to quarters so we can win a Buzz Lightyear of our very own. The Goonies If you've seen The Goonies, then you remember Fratelli's Family restaurant. All right, truth be told, no one wants to eat there. From the creepy staff, to the ominous lighting, to the dusty air, there's little left to stir someone's appetite. However, if you're looking for adventure, pirate treasure, or a friend to share Baby Ruth bars with, this is the place for you! 50 first dates The Hukilau Cafe is where waffle houses come to life. In this Drew Barrymore/Adam Sandler romantic comedy, audiences witness the true magic of breakfast foods. If waffles aren't enticing enough, how about Hawaiian waffles? The Hukilau Cafe overlooks lush, tropical forests with a remarkable view of the ocean. Plus, who knows, maybe you can meet a special someone to build waffle houses with! Restaurants bring all sorts to characters together. To fuse plot lines, characters must often break bread. Whether the fictional restaurants are dingy or decadent, they show just how much our culture depends on food. So, whether you work in restaurants or just eat at them, you could be affecting someone else's plot line! When visiting restaurants, approach each experience like an adventure.
